Shipping Policy

Shipping Times: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed, please allow approximately 5–14 business days for standard delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and unexpected carrier or weather-related delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping for all ClearTone orders. We work to get every order processed and on its way as quickly as possible so your little one can enjoy their ClearTone serum soon.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to follow your package and view its estimated delivery date.
